2, Sculpture and mold - 175 hours
The wax body is made of fiberglass through a mold. As for the wax head, about 12 plaster molds were made according to the first draft of the clay head, and hot wax up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit was poured into the mold. After the hot wax is cooled, the plaster mold is removed and the skull of the wax image is formed. Then make the hands of the wax figure in the same way.
3, Hair planting eyebrow planting beard and comb hair type - 140 hours
According to the celebrity hair samples obtained at the time of sampling, look for real hair with similar hair, implant the wax head with a hand, then wash, cut and comb the hair.
4, Making eyes - 14 hours
The eye is the window of the mind, and the success of the eye shape often determines whether the wax image is successful. The material that shapes the eye uses a glassy plastic transparent resin that mimics the eyes of celebrities. Each pupil is hand-painted in resin watercolor, and the microfilaments in each eye are made of young silk.
5, Making teeth -28 hours
Use the resin material commonly used by dentists to take the dental mold for the celebrity, then copy the teeth and then pick up the color of the real tooth.
6, Coloring - 49 hours
Apply oil to the waxy face to give the skin a skin-colored color layer and a real-life texture.
7, Dressing - 35 hours
Finally, the head and hands are mounted on a fiberglass body, and the costumes donated by celebrities are worn for wax figures.
